REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The platform only allows refund for users that are registered as enterprise users. NO refund for individual users.

The policy concerning the returns and refund requests, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

1. RETURN REQUESTS
■ If an Item(s) has not been purchased under any promotion, we allow you to cancel the Item(s) from your Order until the Item(s) has not been processed in our printing units.

■ If an Item was purchased under a promotion applicable only for that Item, we allow you to cancel the Item from your Order until the item has not been processed in our Printing units

■ Once your Cancellation is successful, the refund amount will be credited back into your www.MyBizFlyers.com account in the form of cash back.

■ www.MyBizFlyers.com customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of complaint.

■ Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of cancellation. (if required).
2. PROCESSING OF REFUND
www.MyBizFlyers.com strives hard to issue refund to the customers at the earliest and will be following the protocol for the same as mentioned herewith; They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of our website, use a shopping cart or make use of e-billing services.
■ If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on MyBizFlyers.com Returns Policy.
The refund amount will be credited back into your www.MyBizFlyers.com account in the form of store credits, upon completion of order cancellation or successful return shipment completion. Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of reverse pick up (if required).
3. CANCELLATION
As a User, you do not have the

a. if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
b. if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use, or
c. in case of unavailability of a service, or
d. for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.

The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Users and reserve the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
